Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to lead the automation of daily tasks across multiple departments including SEO, PPC, design, development, HR, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI, machine learning, third-party API integrations, and modern web development technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and databases such as MongoDB and Pinecone DB. You will design scalable automation solutions to optimize processes, improve performance, and enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks across teams (SEO, PPC, design, development, HR, business development).
• Leverage AI and machine learning models to optimize workflows and automate complex tasks.
• Integrate third-party APIs to automate tasks, streamline processes, and enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their workflows, identify areas for automation, and design AI-driven solutions.

•  Build scalable automation systems using Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB and Pinecone DB.
• Monitor and maintain automation pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Use version control tools such as Git and GitHub for collaboration, code management, and deployment automation.
• Continuously optimize and enhance automated processes based on performance data and team feedback.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of new automation solutions.

Required Skills: 

• AI & Machine Learning: Strong background in applying AI and ML models to real-world business challenges, automating data processing and task management.
• API Integrations: Expertise in integrating third-party APIs to automate tasks, including Google Ads, Analytics, HR platforms, and business tools.
• Node.js & Express.js: Proficiency in building and managing back-end systems for automation workflows.
• MongoDB & Pinecone DB: Hands-on experience with databases for data storage and fast retrieval in automation pipelines.
• Version Control (Git & GitHub): Experience using Git for version control and GitHub for collaborative development and deployment.
• Web Development: Solid understanding of JavaScript frameworks and back-end development tools to support automation.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize automated processes.
• SEO & PPC Automation: Familiarity with automating digital marketing tasks related to SEO, PPC, and performance tracking tools.

Additional Skills:

• API Security & Authentication: Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and other security standards for securing automated processes.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, design, development, HR) to identify automation opportunities and provide technical

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, AWS AI services).
• Experience in building and deploying automation solutions in production environments.
