About the Role:
We’re hiring a Content Marketing & Brand Specialist to lead digital storytelling and content strategy at Tru Performance. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shaping the brand voice, creating high-quality content, and driving engagement across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals
- Write and manage blogs, articles, campaign content, and internal comms
- Maintain brand tone across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, email, dev, marketing)
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights
Skills:
- 5–7 years in content marketing, digital comms, or brand strategy (B2B preferred)
- Strong writing/editing skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience creating original content for business audiences
- Worked with cross-functional marketing or creative teams
- Strong portfolio of blogs, landing pages, thought leadership, etc.
