Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a CRO strategy across web, mobile, and digital channels to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Plan, design, and conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and UX analyses to evaluate and optimize performance.
- Identify and address drop-off points in the customer journey, implementing solutions to enhance funnel performance.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create and optimize landing pages and on-site elements tailored to target audiences.
Analytics & Insights:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Mix panel, and other analytics platforms to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, including conversion rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and other performance indicators.
- Set up dashboards and performance reports for real-time monitoring and sharing of KPIs with the broader team and stakeholders.
User Research & Behavioral Analysis:
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user motivations, behaviors, and pain points.
- Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, and path analysis tools to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Interpret user behavior data to uncover trends, optimize user flows, and enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborative Optimization:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure all initiatives are aligned with CRO goals and user experience improvements.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and test results to stakeholders to drive consensus and action.
- Stay updated on CRO and analytics trends, tools, and best practices to foster continuous innovation in optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering Preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, digital analytics, or a similar role focused on performance marketing or user experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with CRO and analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and UX optimization tools.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis, data interpretation, and testing methodologies.
- Design and User Experience Knowledge:
- Understanding of UX design principles, user journey mapping, and user-centered design.
- Experience with visual optimization and behavioral analysis tools like heatmaps and session recordings.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript , Prior experience working with North American or global audiences, understanding regional user behavior and preferences.
