Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing competitor strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing campaigns, and driving performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising channels to meet campaign goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to create effective targeting strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive ad campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Optimize campaigns for better performance, ROI, and user engagement.
- Create engaging ad copies that align with brand messaging and drive conversions.
- Set up and manage A/B tests to refine ad strategies and improve results.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Setup and monitor conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong skills in competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with ad copy creation and A/B testing for performance improvement.
- Ability to set up and manage conversion tracking (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
