Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Post job ads and manage candidate applications.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Keep track of candidate records and recruitment metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
