Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Lead to own and scale our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading campaign performance, managing budgets, and mentoring junior team members to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end PPC strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social (as applicable)
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale search, display, remarketing, and shopping campaigns
- Own performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid strategy optimization
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and product teams to align messaging and funnels
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of PPC specialists and analysts
- Identify automation opportunities using scripts, rules, and third-party tools
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving ROI
- Experience managing high monthly ad spends
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with SA360, DV360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid platforms
- Familiarity with CRO tools, attribution models, and marketing automation
- Agency or high-growth startup experience
