Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager / Client Servicing Lead with strong digital marketing project management and client relationship experience. You will drive project success, ensure smooth communication, and manage end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the main contact for North American and global clients, ensuring alignment with project goals, and leading regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Analytics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between teams, address blockers, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, measure campaign performance, and present data-driven insights to clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management or client servicing within a digital agency.
- Experience with global clients and a strong understanding of digital strategy.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and handle high-value client accounts.
